The Matters List centralizes all existing matters. From this main page, you can create, view, search and filter all opened, on hold or closed matters.

In this article, you will learn:

How to manage my matters?

From the Matters tab, you can view all matters you have access to.

The list is divided into two sections:

  • All Matters: contains matters owned by other users of the platform.
  • My Matters: includes matters owned by you. Both sections provide an overview of the matters and allow you to track their progress by status.

How to export my matters list?

Download your matter list as an Excel file.

Click on Export and choose to either download:

  • The current view
In the Excel file, find the same information present in the matter list table, such as Name, ID, Date started, Status, Matter owner, Quick view and Last updated.
  • The full view
In the Excel file, find all details related to the matters, including the matter type, legal domain, matter description, priority and more.

How to search for a matter?

The search engine allows you to quickly and easily find matters and access their key information. Located at the top of your screen, the search engine is accessible from the Matter and Statistics tab.

✨ New! The search engine has been improved and now extends to text contained in matters, making it easier than ever to find what you need. You can now search within:

  • Description
  • Matter details
  • Activity
  • Quickview

Enter the name, ID, or any relevant text contained in a matter and select the matter suggested in the drop-down list to access it.

  • If the matter is not among the visible suggestions, click on “View all results” to see additional matches.
  • If the matter appears in the list of suggestions, click on it to access its details.
