Visualize my dashboards

Follow the key metrics about your matters, all in one place, in your Analytics tab (previously called Statistics). Your dashboard is now made of widgets that you can add, remove, resize and rearrange to build the view that suits you best.

☝ Your default dashboard

When you first open Analytics, you start from a default dashboard defined by your organization. It includes ready-to-use widgets that help you anticipate your team's workload, such as:

• Average time to close — the average time it takes to conclude a matter, by matter type.

• Matters by type — how many matters exist for each matter type.

• Time since creation — how long matters have been running, over time.
  
• Workload distribution — how many matters each user owns.

Every widget only reflects the matters you have access to, so the figures shown are always relevant to you.

✍ Add custom widgets and Lini

Beyond the default widgets, you can build your own indicators and charts from your own calculations, data sources, groupings and filters — or simply describe what you want and let Lini build the widget for you. ✨ Make the dashboard your own

Your dashboard is personal: any change you make applies only to your own view and never affects your colleagues. You can:

• Remove widgets you don't need.
• Resize widgets and drag and drop them to rearrange the layout.
• Reset the dashboard back to its default state at any time.
