Follow key metrics regarding your matters all in one place in your “Statistics” tab.
Each dashboard displays the metric based on the 3 matter types, Litigation (blue), General matter (red) and Advice (green).
There are 4 metrics available by default, displaying key metrics regarding all matters, available on the platform. These dashboards can help anticipate the team’s workload:
- Average time to close
Indicates on average the time it takes to conclude a matter depending on their type.
- Matters by type
Indicates how many Open or On-hold matters exist in the platform for each matter type.
- Time since creation
Indicates the time-range during which matter have been either Open or On-hold for each matter type.
- Workload distribution
Indicates for each user how many Open matters they own.
