Easily add documents to your matters, streamlining your document management process.
This ensures all matter-related files are centralized, and everyone involved in the matter can quickly access the right documents when needed.

As long as you have viewing rights to the matter you can view the documents.
Add a document
Click on “Add document” and select a file from your computer to upload;
The following document types are accepted:
- Text: pdf, docx, xlsx, ppt, txt, msg, eml
- Image: jpg/jpeg png gif
- Sound: mp3 wav
- Video: mp4, avi
The uploaded document will appear in the document table, where you can find document name, size, upload date, user who uploaded the document.
For example, if you wish to see the documents you uploaded, click on the arrows in the column “Uploaded by” to sort it by user.
Manage your documents
Other options are available on the document:
- Download the document
You can download the uploaded documents by selecting the files in question and clicking on "Download." A ZIP file containing the selected documents will then be downloaded.
- Edit the document name
Change the name of the document by clicking on the edition icon next to it. Note that you must have edition rights to the matter to be able to edit the name of a document.
- Open the document
The document can be opened in its default application. If the document is a docx you can open it in Word and edit it. It will automatically be updated in the platform. (Applicable for Microsoft Suite documents).
Click on the 3 dots at the right of the document and select "Open in ...".
- Delete a document
To delete a document, select the files, click on "Delete," and confirm the action.
Please note that any deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
